Director of HRIS

  • Architect the design, development, and incremental improvement of Workday

  • Leads the Workday Bi-Annual Release (WDBiARM) for functional design upgrades and enhancements

  • Partner with leadership to develop and deliver Workday business processes, configurations, workflows and reporting that drives HR process, remediates  inefficiency and accelerates success

  • Lead, design, and implement Workday” Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, integration, Comp and HCM Support

Director of HR Operations

  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of HR functions, including payroll, benefits, compliance, and HRIS.

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with employment laws.

  • Use workforce analytics to support talent management and business planning.

  • Ensure HR operations comply with labor laws, regulations (FLSA, FMLA, EEO, etc.), and company policies.

  • Mitigate HR-related risks by implementing best practices in data security, workplace policies, and record-keeping.

  • Design and administer base pay, variable compensation, and incentive programs (e.g., bonuses, commissions, stock options).  

  •  Conduct salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and market analysis to maintain a competitive pay structure.  

  • Manage annual merit cycles, promotions, and pay equity analysis.  

Director of Payroll and Benefits

  • Process full cycle payroll using systems such as Workday, ADP, Paychex, and Ceridian.

  • Lead year-end payroll activities, including W-2 processing, audits, and reporting.

  • Designing, managing, and optimizing an organization’s employee benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with regulations.

  • Design and administer the health, wellness, retirement, and leave programs (e.g., medical, dental, vision, 401(k), pension, disability, life insurance, paid time off).  

  • Monitor trends in benefits offerings to maintain competitiveness and enhance employee retention.

  • Partner with HR, finance, accounting, legal, and IT to align payroll and benefits strategies with business objectives.​
